This is a historical settlement at 90 km from Perm, former Stroganovs’ estate – the central one of all the estates of these renowned industrialists of Perm Krai.

Here you can still find enough monuments of the XIX century’s architecture. Ilinsky Local History Museum, one of the best among Russian regional museums, is working in a beautiful white building with columns, formerly the headquarters of the Stroganovs’ Perm estates.

The settlement is situated on the bank of the enormous Kamsky reservoir, enjoying picturesque views of a large bay at the mouth of Obva river.

The settlement is reachable by car. Also, the bus is regularly going from Perm bus station to Ilinsky.
