This is the railway station Perm I (“Perm Pervaya”), architecture monument of federal importance.

The terminal was built in 1878 with architectural design of I.Bykhovets in Modern style with elements of Old Russian architecture. Today this is the departure point of the Urals Railways where lines pass to Gornozavodsk and Yekaterinburg.

Across the street from the terminal you can see the River-Boat Station built in 1940 by A.Grinberg in “Stalin Empire” style. Within a last few years it sheltered the Perm Contemporary Arts Museum.
