This is the name of the Kama Hydropower Plant situated in Ordzhonikidzevsky district of Perm on the right riverbank of Kama.

The building of the Kama Hydropower Plant lasted for several decades and was mainly completed in 1956 although some works were done later. For a long time this power station was the Urals’ biggest one. Its building gave start to the development of the Ordzhonikidzevsky district of Perm: living buildings, public facilities, recreation parks appeared around.

A railway line and a highway uniting left and right banks of Kama river go through the Hydropower Plant’s constructions.
